Inclusion criteria: HCV genotype 1 infected patients with chronic liver disease Patients satisfied the public indication for Grazoprevir and Elbasvir

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant woman Decompensated cirrhosis hepatocellular carcinoma Doctors judge as inappropriate
