Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with definite stent thrombosis (ST) after first- or second-generation DES implantation 2) As a control group, 4 patients without any ST in whom second-generation DES was implanted are selected for one patient with ST after second-generation DES in each participating institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiopulmonary arrest on arrival at index PCI
