Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. urology trainees less than 10 cases of independently performed full ureteroscopy procedures 2 those under training at Hokkaido University Hospital or the teaching hospitals. 3. those without a experience with structured simulation training in ureteroscopy. 4 those with voluntary participation of the present study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. urological trainees who are not willing to participate in the present study 2. those who are not appropriate based on the principal investigator's decision
