Inclusion criteria: Randomized control trials including following PICO Patients: surgical patients receiving caudal analgesia Intervention and control: intravenous steroid and placebo Outcome: postoperative pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: case reports, reviews, manikin studies, and animal studies. Eligibility is not restricted by language
