Inclusion criteria: 1. lung tumor included lung cancer and non invasion mediastinal tumor 2. no major complication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.double cancer patient 2. history of thoracotomy 3. major complication( liver, kidney, heart)
