Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically or cytologically diagnosed stage IIIB, stage IV or recurrence non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer 2. Without receiving cytotoxic agents chemotherapy 3. ECOG PS of 0-1 4. Life expectancy of more than 12 weekss 5. Adequate organ function Neutrophil cout of more than 1,500/mm3 Platelet cout of more than 100,000/mm3 Aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase(ALT): less than 100IU/L Total bilirubin: less than 1.5mg/dL Serum creatinine of less than 1.5mg/dL or creatinine clearance of less than 45mL/min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Superior vena cava syndrome 2. History of severe hypersensitivity to drugs 3. Uncontrolled pleural effusion, peritoneal effusion, and cardiac effusion 4. Severe infectious disease or severe uncontrolled complication 5. Interstitial lung disease or pulmonary fibrosis 6. Active malignancy of other organ
