Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pathologically diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma 2) Radiotherapy is completed 3) Age > or = 20 4) Written informed concent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Radiotherapy is uncompeted. 2) History of radiotherapy to the head and neck. 3) Paient refusing to attend this study.
