Inclusion criteria: Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy for at least 2 months(including neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy) in Aichi Cancer Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients deemed unable to complete questionnaire due to physical or mental conditions
