Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants included in the study had a spinal compression fracture at the thoracic, thoracolumbar or lumbar spine level. Inclusion criteria for participants were that they be 70 years of age or older, Japanese speaking, and able to ambulate at least 6 minutes without physical assistance from another person.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded from the study if they were unable to provide informed consent due to cognitive impairment, or if they had a history of disorder that neuromuscular disorder or cerebrovascular disease.
