Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: RCTs and observational studies comparing conventional with compression-only CPR in pediatric out-of-hospital cardiac arrest are included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Studies which don't report our primary or secondary outcomes are excluded. In addition, we exclude studies reported in languages other than English.
