Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 years 2) Inoperable patients with CTEPH or PAH, patients with recurrent PH after operation 3) patient who underwent echocardiography before and after riociguat administration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients without appropriate images due to the technical difficulty 2) Patients who got other drugs or underwent BPA before dose stable period
