Inclusion criteria: Residents in Nanbu City,Tottori prefecture Individuals who have given informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with serious illness Individuals unable to walk independently Individuals advised to withdraw from the study by their medical doctor
