Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients living in Sapporo who undergo treatment more than one year for pain clinic at Hokkaido university hospital anesthesiology ambulatory

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients principal investigator has determined to be inappropriate as a research subject
