Inclusion criteria: Patients with cardiovascular disease who will undergo incision of right atrium in open-heart surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot give written informed consent 2. Patients who are considered inappropriate for the study by the principal investigator
