Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients at phase III cardiac rehabilitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with exercise-induced arrhythmia, ischemia, or blood pressure abnormality during cardiopulmonary exercise test and patients who are not applicable for home-exercise training.
