Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with brain injury 2) stable medical condition, and from onset of brain injury is over 1 month 3) Bunnstrom stage is over 2 4) age is over 20 years 5) patients with agree to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who could not record the EMG signal 2) severe higher cortical dysfunction, dementia, loss of consciousness
