Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 65 years or older (2) not restricted from exercising by a physician (3) without exercise habits (4) not being classified as "assistance required" or higher according to the Japanese long-term care insurance system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) already engaged in regular exercise (2) already participating in another clinical trial
