Inclusion criteria: Middle-aged and older adults living in the study area
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those in assisted living facilities and those who require nursing care

In addition, the above-mentioned outcomes over 10 years (2010-2026) for the long-term evaluation of the intervention.
