Inclusion criteria: healthy adults male and female 20-35 years old informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) allergy for the barley 2) therapeutic drugs routinely 3) digestive system disease 4) diarrhea tendency 5) feces of almost a liquid state routinely 6) not agreement 7) others
