Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who had or have participated in the health promotion program for the middle-aged and older peole organized by the Jukunen Taiikudaigaku Reserach Center and also those who had or have agreed that we would used their blood for DNA analyses. 2) Those who agree that we will use their blood which we had sampled for assessing the epigenetic effects of aging or interval walking training. 3) Those who give us their agreement to the use of their blood for the above purposes.

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not give us thei agreemen to the use of their blood for the above purposes.
