Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Superficial colorectal neoplasms 20mm - 50mm in diameter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Local recurrence after endoscopic resection. 2)Patients with colitis ulcerosa, Crohn disease, familial adenomatous polyposis. 3)Patients with hematological abnormality. 4)Patients with severe organ failure 5)Patients who have been judged as inappropriate for this study
