Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Uncomplicated pregnant women and preeclamptic women that was obtained in written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: None of the preeclamptic participants showed signs of hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet (HELLP) syndrome. None of the participants smoked, used caffeine or alcohol, or had a history of thyroid disease, liver disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or were taking any medication known to influence lipoprotein metabolism.
