Inclusion criteria: Asaian country, hospital based nurse, nursing director agreement with our study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who are not working in hospital

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Demographic data: sex, age, years of experience, job title, social support, and stress coping ability et al. Quality of life: WHOQOL-BREF (26 items) was used. Job stress: National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health questionnaire was used. Satisfaction of life: job satisfaction and private life satisfaction were measured.
