Patients are added the Tranexamic acid(1500mg/day) for 30days just before stentgraft treatment.

Inclusion criteria: Aortic aneurysms patients with indication for stentgraft implantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: aneurysms patients without indication for stentgraft implantation
