Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients equal to or more than 20 years old who undergo operation under general anesthesia for thyroid diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with body mass index more than 35 Patients with psychiatric disorder Patients contraindicated against suxamethonium
