Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing endoscopic therapy under sedation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who need tracheal intubation during the endoscopy 2) patients under oxygen therapy before the procedure 3) patients with unstable hymodynamics
