Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Existence of flank pain, pyelonephritis, renal stone and hypertension for congenital hydronephrosis due to the pelvis-ureter junction stenosis or possibility of progressive asymptomatic renal dysfunction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree the study
