Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Shop owner: any sex and age are applicable, agree with our research aim, one barber and one hear dresser in both countries (Japan and Thailand), one mix shop for Japan Customer: Any sex is applicable, over 65 year old (elderly), between 1 and 2 person per shop

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Shop owner: disagree with our research aim Customer: disagree with our research aim
