Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >65 years old, Sarcopenia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is an indication of the dietary restrictions from doctor. Without sarcopenia, Diabetes and chronic kidney disease, Severe dementia, dysphagia, Articular disease resistance training, intake protein supplement

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
remission of sarcopenia (%) Baseline. At the end of the intervention, 12 weeks after the end of the intervention, and 24 weeks after the end of the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
skeletal muscle mass index, grip strength, knee extension strength, physical QOL Baseline. At the end of the intervention, 12 weeks after the end of the intervention, and 24 weeks after the end of the intervention.
