Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included consecutive patients who were hospitalized due to acute heart failure and were treated with tolvaptan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were already receiving daily tolvaptan before admission and patients with maintenance dialysis were excluded.
