taking essential amino acid containing food every day for 3 months and exercise training exercise training only
aerobic exercise and strength training for 3 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed as chronic heart failure be able to take the food orally be able to attend the supervised cardiac rehabilitation program at least once a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: under hemodialysis severe valvular stenosis orthopedic disease which do not allow exercise training food allergy especially for apple already taking medicine containing BCAA
