Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients who agreed to hospitalization for diabetic control with the level of HbA1c above 10%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under insulin therapy With carcinoma Under steroid therapy
