Inclusion criteria: Member of Toyota Health Navigator Club HbA1c >= 5.6 % Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject who is prohibited exercise therapy by his/her doctor Subject who is considered inappropriate to participate this research
