Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with PSA level with and less than 20 ng/ml. 2. The consecutive patients who were diagnosed localization of the significant cancer in the prostate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who have anal stenosis.
