Inclusion criteria: general anesthesia endotracheal intubation elective surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Awake intubation 2.Emergency surgery 3.BMI > 35 4.Impossible to evaluate modified Mallampati test 5.Congenital diseases predicted to be difficult laryngoscopy 6.Impossible to be standing or sitting positions 7.Who needs to rapid sequence induction
