Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Frail elderly people at a day care center Certified as requiring support level 2 or long-term care level 1 or 2 in their long-term care insurance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No self-reliance of indoor walking MMSE<24
