Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: glycogen storage disease type 3 high serum CK

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with recurrent severe hypoglycemia 2.Pregnant breast-feeding (within a year after delivery) patients 3.Patients with disorders of fatty acid metabolism, disorders of ketone body metabolism, pyruvate carboxylase deficiency, and porphyria 4.Patients with carnitine deficiency
