Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: over 20 years old NHYA class2-4 BNP>100 pg/mL LVEF<50%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: liver illness

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome was heart failure hospitalization.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome was death from any cause or documented sustained VT or ventricular assist device (VAD) or heart failure hospitalization.
