Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Primary gastric adenocarcinoma pathorogically diagnosed with pap, tub1, tub2, por1, por2, sig, or muc. 2)clinical Stage I or II 3)Not meeting the indications for endoscopic resection 4) patient's own writtne informed concent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with a mental disorder who have difficulties in participating in the present study 2)preoperative therapy excluding non-curative endoscopic resection
