Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with pancreatic cancer or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor. 2) Patients with unresectable or recurrunt disease. 3) Patients who are planned to undergo a biopsy. 4) Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Bleeding tendency 2) Patients who are judged to be inappropriate for the study participatin by the primary physician
