Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. written informed concent is obtained from jaw deformity patients who undergo osteotomy 2. aged from 20 to 50 3. ASA 1 or 2 4. estimated operation time: more than 3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have any other disorders except for jaw deformity 2. patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus or disorder of carbohydrate metabolism 3. 18.0>BMI BMI<=30 4. patients whom reseachers consider inappropriate
