Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged between 40 and 85 years (2) clinically known or suspected of coronary artery disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) acute myocardial infarction (2) cardiomyopathy (3) severe left ventricular (LV) dysfunction (ejection fraction <20%) (4) chronic atrial fibrillation (5) greater than first degree atrioventricular block
