Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the first year of a course for the bachelor of nursing that have taken class of standard precautions, hand hygiene exercises ,and personal protective equipment exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nursing students who have an allergic reaction to the alcoholbased handrub,and remain in the same class for another year.
