Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatient who shows insufficient effect of standard treatment for anxiety and depressive symptoms,such as drug therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with imminent suicidal idea Patients suffering from acute physical disorder Patients who do not follow the verbal instructions

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The change of the score of the questionnaire (POMS, STAI)for anxiety between before(0) and after(8weeks) yoga therapy

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The change of the score of the questionnaire (YG personality test, Sense of Coherence),blood cortisol and cytokine level and patient's complaints between before(0) and after(8weeks) yoga therapy.
