Inclusion criteria: 1) age over 20years old and the patients who recieve cardiovascular or neuro surgery 2) patients who taken head CT scan 3) patients who had consent in the documents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who have a wound in forehead 2) patients who do not have consent
