Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients who underwent emergency cesarean section were included. (from July 1, 2012 to September 30, 2015)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following cases were exclued: The data of umbilical artery pH value was lack Converted from spinal to general anesthesia Spinal anesthesia was performed more than twice Insufficient hemodynamic data during the opetations.
