To subjects whom we screened by an epidemiological survey,we conduct an additional examination (esophagography,others).

Inclusion criteria: Signature agreement By informed consent. Subjects is screened from an epidemiological survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ECOG Performance status : 4 Judged that doctor attending was not appropriate.
