Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In male and female of the 60 to 80 year old, is relatively healthy person, capable of mild exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) If there is a clear disturbance of consciousness (2) a serious physical symptoms, if cooperation is difficult (3) severe psychiatric symptoms (severe cognitive impairment, severe depressive state) if cooperation is difficult (4) if the understanding of the Japanese is difficult (5) if the investigators had determined that inappropriate to participate in the survey (6) physical disability
