Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: symptomatic adhesive small bowel obstruction diagnosed by imaging (X-P, CT) without any intestinal decompression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no requirement for decompression strangulated, carcinomatosis, peritonitis-induced pregnancy within 30 days after surgery
