Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary ssteoprosis Knee osteoarthritis with Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 or 3 Patients with knee joint pain History without treatment of osteoprosis, including hormone therapy, SERM,Bisphosfonate, teriparatide, anti RANKL antibody, eldecarcitol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Usage of glucocorticoide Severe of knee osteoarthritis and deformity Lower pain caused by lumber spine History of knee joint surgery Patient to lack in ability to know informed consent Dementia Contraindication to use teriparatide Inadequate patient judged by doctors

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change of joint space narrowing and bone trabecular integrity using plain X ray of knee joint at 2 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
MRI of knee joint, kL grade using plain X ray of knee joint, WOMAC score,and Knee society score at 2 years
