Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary ssteoprosis Knee osteoarthritis with Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 or 3 Patients with knee joint pain History without treatment of osteoprosis, including hormone therapy, SERM,Bisphosfonate, teriparatide, anti RANKL antibody, eldecarcitol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Usage of glucocorticoide Severe of knee osteoarthritis and deformity Lower pain caused by lumber spine History of knee joint surgery Patient to lack in ability to know informed consent Dementia Contraindication to use teriparatide Inadequate patient judged by doctors
